Prevent Awareness Training for staff

Service Description

This training package will ensure that staff are fully aware of their responsibilities under the Prevent Duty. By the end of the session, staff should: - understand the Prevent Duty and its aims - understand the local/national threat and the narratives that underpin this. - understand what may make someone susceptible to extremism/radicalisation - recognise behaviours that may indicate someone is being radicalised - know what to do with concerns related to radicalisation This interactive session takes up to 90 minutes, but can be condensed if necessary.
